Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide portable toilet rental services—including regular and ADA‑compliant units—along with delivery, installation, weekly cleaning, consumables (toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.), and removal for state facilities throughout Grafton County and possibly other locations. The contract will run through November 30 2029 with optional extensions and requires the vendor to maintain performance metrics such as on‑time delivery and invoice accuracy, reporting quarterly usage and performance.
• Supply and deliver portable toilets (regular and handicap) for a minimum two‑day rental per order.
• Provide consumables and perform weekly cleaning; additional cleaning billed per schedule.
• Meet delivery windows (3 business days standard, 6 hours for emergencies) and maintain 95 % on‑time delivery and 90 % fill‑rate performance guarantees.
