SOLE SOURCE-Respiratory Home Health Services for Pine Ridge IHS, KHC & WHC

The Indian Health Service, Pine Ridge Indian Health Services Hospital, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Missouri Breaks Industries Research Inc. for Respiratory Home Health Services. The services will be provided for the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital, Kyle Health Center, and Wanblee Health Center for Fiscal Year 2026. The period of performance is from 01/15/2025 to 07/15/2026. • The Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required Respiratory Home Health services. • The services are intended to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care. • Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
