Vending Machine Services

The County of Howard, Maryland is seeking a qualified firm to provide vending machine services for various county facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, servicing, maintaining, and stocking cold beverage and snack food vending machines. The contractor must comply with the county's healthy nutritional standards and provide a selection of healthy options. The contract term is for one year with the option to renew for five additional years. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience in vending machine services. • The contractor must provide a selection of healthy options that comply with the county's nutritional standards. • The contractor must furnish, install, service, maintain, and stock vending machines at various county facilities. • The contractor must provide a sales and commission report for each month of service. • The contractor must maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and worker's compensation insurance.
