Description
Rowan University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the annual fire‑suppression system inspection and associated on‑call repair services for all of its campuses in New Jersey. The work must be performed in accordance with NFPA 25 and applicable state and local regulations, with rapid emergency response times and quarterly reporting. The contractor will be paid on an hourly‑rate basis and must provide all labor, tools, and required certifications, while the university supplies standard hardware.
