Description
The Department of Financial Services (DFS) intends to enter into a single-source agreement with Smart IT Tools, LLC to procure SmartAMS software and associated services. The SmartAMS software is an access control management system designed to enforce strict authentication and authorization controls over IT resources. The contractor will upgrade the current SmartAMS platform and maintain and support the proprietary software. The term of the agreement is 37 months, from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029.
• The SmartAMS software provides role and entity management, approval workflows, recertification, and audit reporting.
• The software cannot be modified or updated by others because the Department does not own the source code.
• Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described.
