Job Order Contracting for HVAC

The City of Kingman is seeking a qualified firm to provide Job Order Contracting for HVAC services. The contract will be for a term of one year with four additional one-year renewal options. The contractor will provide emergency HVAC repairs, preventive maintenance, replacement of rooftop units, installation of new HVAC equipment, and other related services. The contractor must have the ability to respond to emergency calls within two hours or less.
