Janitorial Services for KY State Treasurer

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Kentucky State Treasurer. The services will be performed at the West Frankfort Office Complex, located at 1050 US Hwy 127 South, Suite 100, Frankfort, KY 40601. The facility is approximately 18,480 square feet, but only approximately 14,000 square feet is to be cleaned. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:00 PM through 10:00 PM. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies, and to maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times. • Daily cleaning services include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning front lobby glass, and emptying trash cans. • Weekly cleaning services include dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures. • Monthly cleaning services include vacuuming and cleaning carpets, and cleaning windows. • Quarterly cleaning services include deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens. • Semi-annual cleaning services include cleaning and polishing floors, and cleaning and dusting furniture and fixtures. The vendor will be required to provide a list of all employees and their social security numbers who will be providing services, and to conduct a yearly criminal background check on all employees working at the West Frankfort Office Complex.
