Description
The Navajo Nation Department of Dine Education is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive HVAC services for all Navajo Head Start centers located in New Mexico. The work includes installation, repair, replacement, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilating, and air‑conditioning equipment, as well as associated ductwork. All services must comply with federal, state, and Navajo Nation codes, and must be performed by personnel who hold the appropriate New Mexico electrician licenses and pass background checks. The contractor must submit a detailed technical approach, cost proposal, and required certifications, and will be evaluated on a 100‑point rubric covering presentation, qualifications, technical capability, project management, and cost.
