Ronald McDonald House - Testing & Inspections

The State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide testing and inspection services for the Ronald McDonald House project. The contractor will be responsible for performing, installing, furnishing, and supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the project. The project requires the contractor to meet certain sustainability standards and provide documentation for LEED certification. The contract term is 9 months, and the contractor must demonstrate their ability to meet specified Service Disabled Veteran Owned and Minority/Women Owned Business Participation Goals. • The contractor must provide testing and inspection services as outlined in the RFQ. • The contractor must meet sustainability standards and provide documentation for LEED certification. • The contractor must demonstrate their ability to meet specified Service Disabled Veteran Owned and Minority/Women Owned Business Participation Goals. • The contractor must register with the New York State Department of Labor before submitting a bid. • The contractor must provide a certification that they have and have implemented a written policy addressing sexual harassment prevention in the workplace.
