Description
The Metropolitan Council seeks qualified electrical contractors to provide full electrical installation for non‑revenue vehicle charging infrastructure on the Blue Line. The scope includes connecting to existing power services, supplying and installing a transformer and panel, and installing feeders and branch circuits as shown on the project plans. Bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN, with no paper submissions accepted.
• Electrical connection to existing services, transformer and panel supply/installation.
• Feeder and branch‑circuit installation per detailed plans.
• Mandatory electronic bid submission through QuestCDN (registration required).
• Required participation in pre‑bid virtual meeting (Sept 15) and at least one on‑site visit (Sept 15 or Sept 28).
