Description
The Legislative Affairs Agency is seeking proposals for the renovation of the Alaska State Capitol parking garage in Juneau, Alaska. The project includes structural repairs, drainage repairs, surface removal, resurfacing, and repainting of the upper parking deck. The successful offeror will be responsible for all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and disposal necessary to complete the work. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit are scheduled for May 29, 2026. Proposals must be received by July 31, 2026.
