Description
The University of Florida is seeking to negotiate one or more license agreements for the use of rooftop space dedicated to cellular telecommunication equipment at Bartram & Carr Hall on the university’s main campus in Gainesville, Florida. The space will be provided in “as-is” condition, and any improvements shall require prior written approval from the University. The University is looking for a responsive proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the University, taking into consideration evaluation factors such as ability to perform, financial terms, and license agreement terms. Some key requirements include:
• Ability to perform as evidenced by financial strength and experience
• Demonstrated expertise of the Licensee’s staff
• Financial terms and added value proposed by Licensee
• Broad and overall license agreement terms proposed
• Record of past performance and customer references
• Licensee willingness to accept UF terms and conditions
