Description
The State of South Carolina is soliciting bids from qualified offerors to establish a statewide term contract to provide Brand Name Google Products and Services. The initial contract term shall be for one year with four additional one-year renewal options for a total potential maximum contract of five years. The contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award.
• The offeror must provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of the product.
• The offeror must demonstrate any costs claimed, agreed to, or established under the contract using its standard record-keeping system.
• The offeror must comply with all applicable provisions of The Drug-free Workplace Act.
• The offeror must provide a signed copy of the form with its offer, agreeing to be bound by the terms of the solicitation.
