Description
The State of Missouri, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide MOCAP Courseware, Instructors, and Related Products and Services. The selected vendors will be included in a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for the Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP). The contract period will be from the effective date of the contract through July 31, 2027.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing MOCAP courseware, instructors, and related products and services to Missouri educational entities.
• Ensuring that courses meet Missouri Learning Standards and are approved by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
• Providing training for LEAs that use their own Missouri-certificated teachers.
• Allowing LEAs the option to utilize teachers provided by the contractor or teachers from the school system's staff.
• Ensuring that contractors' web accessibility checklist is approved by the state prior to providing courses.
• Submitting progress reports and data verification reports as required.
