The Santa Clara County Office of Education is seeking a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to serve the county‑wide Office of Education and 45 legal entities (including 33 school districts in Santa Clara County and 12 in San Benito County). The contract will cover software licensing, implementation, data migration, training, ongoing support, and maintenance, with a target go‑live date of June 2027. The solution must be a “vanilla” cloud‑based ERP (or capable of on‑premise deployment) that supports finance, human resources, payroll, benefits, procurement, inventory, reporting, and optional modules, while enforcing strict data segregation per district.
