Proposal for Bundled Internet Services Navajo Nation Library-Chapter sites in AZ

The Navajo Nation Broadband Office is seeking qualified Internet Service Providers to deliver symmetric wired broadband (minimum 100 Mbps) and CIPA‑compliant content‑filtering services to roughly 55 library and chapter‑house sites across Arizona. The contract is funded through the U.S. E‑Rate program, runs for an initial three‑year term (with two optional one‑year extensions), and requires vendors to supply “curb‑to‑demarc” fiber, on‑site equipment, and ongoing maintenance. Pricing must be split into E‑Rate‑eligible and ineligible components, and vendors must disclose the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) for each service tier.
