Description
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to manage the Eagle Creek Golf Course for a period of 3 years. The vendor will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the golf course, including maintenance, staffing, and customer service. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder. The estimated value of the contract is over $50,000.00.
• The vendor must submit a bid that includes all required documents, including a vendor disclosure or IPG active registered vendor disclosure, an offer to the state of Illinois, and a contract.
• The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on February 18th, 2026, at 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, contracts, and procurement.
• The vendor must have the financial resources sufficient to ensure performance of the contract.
