On-Call Plumbing Services

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking able, qualified, and responsible contractors to provide on-call plumbing services at various City facilities as needed. The contractor will be awarded a multi-year on-call services agreement that will expire June 30, 2027. The scope of work includes unclogging drain lines, replacing and installing water heaters, repairing and installing natural gas lines, and other maintenance plumbing services. The contractor must hold any required licenses for the scope of work, obtain and annually renew a City of Thousand Oaks Business License, and comply with all current City of Thousand Oaks and other applicable code and safety regulations. • The contract term will be from the date of issuance to June 30, 2027. • The contract not to exceed amount will be set at $300,000. • The frequency of work issued under an on-call agreement varies, and no amount of work is guaranteed. • The contractor must provide completed Contractor Safety Forms for all employees who will be working on site. • The contractor must meet and maintain acceptable insurance coverage for the duration of the contract.
