STATEHOUSE CUSTODIAL SERVICES

The State of Vermont is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide custodial services for the statehouse. The contract period will be for 3 years with an option to renew for up to 2 additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide janitorial services, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying wastebaskets, and cleaning restrooms. The contractor will also be required to supply their own vacuum cleaners and provide a minimum of a two-person crew each shift.
