Print First Day Run Registration H-Signs

The City of Edmond is seeking a vendor to print 18 double-sided registration H-signs for an event. The signs should be 24" wide by 18" tall, made of Coroplast, and have a CMYK 4/4 color scheme. The vendor must be able to meet a delivery deadline of 2 weeks (10 business days) from the delivery of artwork. The city uses a Mastercard purchasing card for order placement and payment, and suppliers who accept credit cards should anticipate that some or all orders may be paid using the card. • The project requires a firm price that includes material, set-up, imprinting, and delivery. • The vendor must be able to provide pricing for the entire lot, not per item. • The city does not pay credit card convenience fees, and suppliers who charge a fee for credit card usage must indicate that in the supplier notes section of their quote. • The vendor must be able to meet the specified delivery deadline. • The artwork is ready for delivery to the awarded vendor.
