EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM (ELO-P) MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SERVICES

The Chula Vista Elementary School District is seeking a vendor to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive software platform that will manage all aspects of its Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO‑P). The solution must support program registration, scheduling, attendance tracking, eligibility monitoring, reporting, parent communication, and integration with existing district information systems. Vendors must detail implementation plans, training, support, security, FERPA compliance, and cost breakdowns. The award will be based on value, functionality, integration capability, staff qualifications, cost, and interview performance. • Deploy a full‑featured ELO‑P management system (registration, attendance, reporting, parent portal). • Provide training, documentation, help‑desk support, and role‑based security. • Integrate with the district’s SIS/ERP (PeopleSoft, PowerSchool, etc.) and meet FERPA and California ELOP reporting requirements.
