Sandpoint Ranger District HVAC Preventative Maintenance

The Sandpoint Ranger District is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems at the Sandpoint Ranger District building. The contractor will be required to complete quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance, providing all incidentals and materials. The contractor must submit a service report to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) at the completion of each service visit. • The contractor must have experience with HVAC systems, including geothermal loops. • The contractor must be able to complete all required maintenance and repairs within the specified timeframe. • The contractor must provide all necessary materials and equipment for the project. • The contractor must have a minimum number of employees with experience in HVAC maintenance and repair. • The contractor must be able to perform the work at the start date of the period of performance.
