Air Charter Services (Direct Charter Operators Only)

The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide air charter services for the university's official business travel. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for four one-year renewals. The successful vendor will be required to provide on-demand air charter services for continental United States flights, including aircraft, fuel, pilots, and crew travel expenses. The vendor must be an FAA-licensed company under Part 135 and comply with International Standards of Business Aviation operations.
