Description
The Hawaii State Hospital is seeking a contractor for the maintenance of commercial appliances in the commercial kitchen and laundry buildings on the hospital grounds. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, parts, and labor required for the maintenance of the appliances. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-conference site visit on June 4, 2026, at 10:00am to evaluate the scope of work. The contractor must also provide proof of compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The contractor must have 5 years of experience in servicing the equipment listed in the scope of work.
• The contractor must have qualified service technicians to handle the work.
• The contractor must provide all inspections and testing for the kitchen equipment and laundry appliances.
• The contractor must provide trained technicians to handle the work for each listed equipment.
• The contractor must provide safety signs, barricades, and other devices necessary for the safety and convenience of the general public.
