Description
The VA Cincinnati Health Care System is seeking a small‑business vendor to upgrade its pharmacy workstations and associated automation equipment, including software, hardware, and a 12‑month support contract. The award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The scope covers replacement of 21 workstations, 15 Zebra printers, robot upgrades, installation of ScriptPro Workflow Management Software 2.0, and ongoing maintenance.
• Replace and install 21 pharmacy workstations and 15 label printers.
• Upgrade ScriptPro dispensing robots (hardware & Windows 11) and install inspection‑camera kits.
• Provide ScriptPro Workflow Management Software 2.0 and a 12‑month support/maintenance subscription.
• Deliver, install, and certify compatibility with existing ScriptPro system at the VA Cincinnati facility.
• All work must be completed within 180 days ARO with a 90‑day lead time for hardware procurement.
