Security Access System

The County of Shasta is seeking a contractor to provide and install electronically controlled door access systems, including AMAG, DSX, or equivalent systems, on an as-needed, on-call basis. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work, including computer systems, supporting software, field devices, cameras, and other associated door hardware and equipment. The contract will be for a three-year term, and the contractor must possess all applicable licenses, certifications, and insurance to perform the work. The contractor will be required to provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor. • The contractor must have a current and active California Contractor's License with the classification C-7 - Low Voltage Contractor License. • The contractor must provide evidence of registration with the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance coverage, including comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, and policies. • The contractor must perform all work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to OSHA guidelines and using proper technique and equipment.
