Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for a state-leased building located at 101 Park De Ville Drive, Columbia, Missouri. The building is approximately 6,815 square feet and has 14 full-time employees and 80-120 visitors per week. The vendor must provide evening janitorial services, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays, and perform various tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, and restroom maintenance. The vendor must also provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.
• The contract period is for one year, with the option for the state agency to add or delete buildings or areas at any time.
• The vendor must have a minimum of two consecutive years of successful experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 6,815 square feet.
• The vendor must provide a contractor contact person who resides within 45 miles of the building.
• The vendor must furnish all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.
• The vendor must provide a Safety Data Sheet for each supply/chemical used in the building.
