The City of Chula Vista seeks a secure, CJIS‑compliant Laboratory Request Management System (LRMS) for its Police Department Crime Laboratory. The solution must automate the full lifecycle of lab work requests, provide bi‑directional integration with the current Records Management System (NetRMS), support future RMS migration, migrate legacy data (including FileOnQ), and deliver comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and role‑based user portals for both internal staff and external stakeholders. The contract is for an initial 30‑month term with up to three one‑year renewal options, and the vendor must supply licensing, implementation, data migration, training, ongoing support, and optional future modules. • CJIS‑compliant, cloud or on‑premise LRMS with configurable workflows and barcode support. • Bi‑directional API integration with NetRMS and future RMS platforms, plus robust data‑migration from legacy systems. • Comprehensive reporting/analytics, secure internal & external portals, and role‑based access controls. • Full implementation services, training, maintenance, and optional expansion modules (evidence tracking, inventory, digital‑evidence workflow).
