Description
The Oregon City School District is seeking a qualified firm to provide moving and relocation services for the OCSD 2025 Bond Projects. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive moving services, including packing, loading, transporting, and unloading of school furnishings and equipment. The services will be required for multiple school sites, including elementary schools and high schools. The firm will need to work closely with the District's project managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient moving process.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing moving services for school furnishings, including packing, loading, transporting, and unloading
• Coordinating with the District's project managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth moving process
• Working in an occupied school environment, with students and staff present
• Maintaining safety and security protocols during the moving process
• Providing a variety of moving supplies and equipment, including boxes, tape, labels, carts, and protection supplies
• Documenting the condition of items to be moved and providing a final list of any damage or concerns related to the move
