Description
Northwestern State University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide food and beverage concession services at the NSU Recreation Complex. The services may include operation from the Recreation Complex kitchen, service within the designated indoor pavilion, and mobile beverage-cart service on the golf course. The vendor will be responsible for providing all staffing, inventory, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the services. The contract term is expected to be 36 months, with the option to extend for an additional 24 months. The vendor will be required to pay a percentage of gross sales to NSU, and will be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service.
• The vendor will be required to operate food and beverage services Thursday through Sunday, generally from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
• The vendor will be required to provide additional or extended service for tournaments, special events, and other activities when requested by NSU.
• The vendor will be required to maintain sufficient staffing and inventory to meet anticipated demand without disrupting normal Recreation Complex operations.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as NSU policies and procedures.
• The vendor will be required to obtain and maintain all required permits, licenses, registrations, certifications, and insurance coverage throughout the contract term.
