Secure Off site Data Storage

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide secure offsite data storage services for the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). The contractor will be responsible for transporting, storing, managing, relocating, and retrieving backup media from a secure offsite facility. The storage facility must be TAA compliant, climate-controlled, and have 100% fire suppression coverage. The contractor must also provide a verifiable chain-of-custody and audit trail. Some key requirements include: • Secure transportation of data from BAMC to the storage site • Secure storage of all BAMC data at the offsite facility • Availability of data when needed • Compliance with all applicable regulations and policies, including those related to information assurance and operations security • Adherence to smoking policies within military treatment facilities
