Contractor Roster Request for Qualifications and Pricing

The Kodiak Island Borough is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call building maintenance, repair, and specialty trade services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a roster of qualified contractors by trade or specialty for future maintenance, repair, and small construction projects performed on an as-needed basis. Services may include heavy equipment repair, carpentry, landscaping and lawn care, concrete services, and more.
