Fleet Vehicle Cleaning Services

Prairie View A&M University is seeking a vendor to provide fleet vehicle cleaning services for its main campus and other locations. The vendor will be responsible for providing on-site and off-site vehicle cleaning services, including exterior wash, interior cleaning, and detailing services. The contract will have an initial term of one year with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. The university is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality services, meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation, and deliver the best overall value to the university. • The vendor must have experience in providing fleet vehicle cleaning services. • The vendor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to provide the services. • The vendor must be able to provide services on a regular schedule or on an as-needed basis. • The vendor must be able to provide services at multiple locations. • The vendor must have a good reputation and references. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonding.
