Electronics Collection and Recycling Services for San Mateo County Facilities

The County of San Mateo is seeking a contractor to provide collection, reuse/donation, and recycling services for electronic equipment and components from San Mateo County facilities. The contractor will be responsible for collecting and transporting electronic waste, refurbishing and reusing working electronics, and ensuring that all non-reusable materials are processed by an e-Stewards or R2 certified recycler. The contractor will also be required to track and report on the collection and recycling of electronic waste. • The contractor must have at least 4 years of experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must have an account manager with at least 2 years of experience in providing account services. • The contractor must hold an e-Stewards or R2 recycling certification. • The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to the project, including their experience, qualifications, and pricing.
