Atlantic County is rebidding a contract to furnish and deliver a complete meal‑packaging system for its Support Services division. The scope includes supplying two types of lidding machines (one variable‑speed conveyor model and three hand‑operated models), CPET three‑compartment trays, polyester sealing film, installation, training, and a 48‑hour repair/replacement guarantee for the equipment. Five samples of the trays and film must be submitted with the bid, and all equipment must meet or exceed the Oliver 1808 (conveyor) and Oliver 1308 (hand‑operated) specifications or approved equivalents. The contract term runs from December 1 2026 through November 30 2027, with a possible one‑year renewal tied to an index rate.
