Water treatment of HVAC water systems services

The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town is soliciting quotations for HVAC Water Treatment Preventive Maintenance Services. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The contract will be awarded using a Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining discipline at the site and taking all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful, riotous, or disorderly conduct by contractor employees at the site. • The contractor will be required to comply with all laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations required to perform this work. • The contractor will be responsible for providing water treatment services, including performing all water treatment of HVAC water systems services set forth in the scope of work. • The contractor will be required to submit various reports and documents, including a DBA certificate insurance, water treatment services plan, personnel roster, and payment request. • The contractor will be required to comply with various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Department of State Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR) provisions.
