Newark Light Rail ADA & Station Modernization

This solicitation seeks a qualified consulting firm (or joint‑venture) to provide comprehensive design, engineering, and construction‑support services for the modernization and ADA compliance of four Newark Light Rail stations (Park Avenue, Norfolk Street, Warren Street, Military Park). The work is divided into preliminary design, preliminary engineering, final design, and construction‑support phases, with an overall contract term of one year and construction durations of 12‑18 months per station. The contractor must submit a technical proposal (due July 14 2026) followed by a cost proposal (late August 2026) and be prepared for oral presentations in early August.
