Concession Services at the Veterans Memorial Park Skate Park

The City of Sierra Vista is seeking a qualified respondent to provide Concession Services at the Veterans Memorial Park Skate Park Concession Stand. The concession stand should sell hot and cold beverages, food, and skate park related equipment and supplies. The successful respondent will be self-contained and able to run the concession stand as their small business. The contract will be for 2 years with 3 annual extensions, not to exceed 5 total contract years. The respondent will be responsible for maintaining the concession stand, providing equipment, and paying utilities. The City will provide a site visit upon request. Key highlights of the scope of work include: • Selling hot and cold beverages, food, and skate park related equipment and supplies • Being self-contained and able to run the concession stand as a small business • Maintaining the concession stand and providing equipment • Paying utilities • Providing a background check for all employees • Maintaining insurance coverage as required by the City
