Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide chiller maintenance services for the Iowa City VA Healthcare System. The contract will include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and replacement of parts as needed. The contractor must have experience with York and Trane chillers and must be able to provide qualified technicians to perform the work. The contract will be for a base year with the option to extend.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Providing preventive maintenance on all equipment listed in the contract
• Performing emergency repairs as needed
• Replacing parts as needed
• Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed
