Dell Unity Expansion REO-COLO

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for the Dell Unity Expansion REO-COLO project. The project involves the expansion of the Dell Unity system, and the BWL is looking for a vendor to provide the necessary equipment, materials, and services. The proposal must be prepared in full accordance with the Proposal Documents, and the BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The evaluation process will consider factors such as responsiveness of proposal, price, time of completion, exceptions to the Proposal Documents, financial stability, recent and past experience, and similar factors. • The BWL will not furnish any labor, facilities, services, utilities, materials, equipment, or supplies unless specifically stated in the Proposal Documents. • The BIDDER shall assess and determine the availability of necessary labor and the prevailing wages applicable to that workforce. • The BIDDER shall assess and determine the availability of materials and equipment necessary to fulfill the contract in a complete and timely manner. • The BWL will not honor any claim for additional cost premised on the unavailability of materials or equipment, shortage of labor, or unexpected wage rates.
