The State of Michigan’s Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and grounds maintenance services for the Alamo D Avenue Rest Area (Facility 709) located in the Southwest Region. The contract will cover routine cleaning of rest‑area facilities, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and landscape upkeep (lawn mowing, weed control, snow removal, etc.).
