The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts is seeking proposals for event equipment rental services, specifically for Friday night events at Capitol Modern: The Hawaii State Art Museum. The events will take place from December 2025 to December 2026. The successful vendor will be required to provide event tent equipment rental services.
• The rental services are necessary for Friday night events scheduled from December 2025 to December 2026.
• The events will be held at Capitol Modern: The Hawaii State Art Museum.
• The vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000.
