Description
The VA Black Hills Healthcare System is seeking sources for maintenance and repair services for the ScriptCenter prescription fulfillment equipment at the Hot Springs VA Medical Center. The services include planned inspection, maintenance, and repair in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, as well as software subscription and 24-hour response time for unscheduled services. The contractor will be required to provide all parts necessary to maintain the equipment and perform services in conformance with the original equipment manufacturer.
