Description
The Hawaii Department of Education is seeking bids for the maintenance of septic waste systems at various schools on the island of Oahu. The successful bidder will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to maintain the septic waste systems. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Bidders must be registered on the State of Hawaii eProcurement System (HIePRO) and must submit their bids electronically through the system.
• The bid must include all applicable state and local taxes and fees.
• The bidder must provide proof of compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The bidder must submit a hard copy of the original proposal identification and information form within five working days after the proposal due date.
• The bidder must pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award amount, not to exceed $5,000.
