Admin Fleet Fuel & Car Wash Program

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a Fuel and Maintenance Card Program that allows for the purchase of quality unleaded fuel at various locations throughout the country, primarily in the State of Tennessee. The program must also allow for local car wash purchases in the vicinity of MTA's facilities. The program must have online access for reporting capabilities to assist in tracking fuel and car wash use throughout the fleet and provide accurate billing detail for ease of payment and reconciliation. The contractor will be rewarded with a five-year blanket purchase order. Some key requirements include: * Compliance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations and standards * Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) * Compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 * Compliance with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 * Compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act * Compliance with the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act * Compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program * Compliance with the Federal Tax Liability and Recent Felony Convictions clause * Compliance with the Fly America Act * Compliance with the Notice to FTA clause * Compliance with the Patent Rights and Rights in Data clause * Compliance with the Program Fraud and False or Fraudulent Statements and Related Acts clause * Compliance with the Prohibition on Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services and Equipment clause * Compliance with the Prompt Payment clause * Compliance with the Restrictions on Lobbying clause * Compliance with the Trafficking in Person clause
