Moving and Relocation Services

ChildCareGroup (CCG) is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced moving service providers to support relocation needs across various CCG sites located in Dallas County. The selected vendor will provide professional moving, packing, transportation, and related logistics services in a safe, timely, and cost-efficient manner. The scope of work includes pre-move services, moving and transportation, post-move services, and additional services such as temporary offsite storage and receiving large orders. The vendor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to perform the moving services. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting on-site walk-throughs as needed • Providing written estimates and itemized pricing • Developing a move plan and schedule • Packing/unpacking of office furniture, boxes, equipment, and supplies • Disassembly and reassembly of furniture • Loading, transportation, and unloading of items • Proper protection of furniture, walls, and floors during the move • Coordination with CCG Facilities Director
