The California DMV is seeking a certified small business to provide ongoing property sweeping and pressure‑washing services for its Santa Teresa Field Office. The contractor must use truck‑mounted sweepers, perform three weekly sweeps and monthly pressure‑washing on a schedule outside DMV business hours, and submit maintenance logs and proof of service with monthly invoices.
