Audio-Visual Equipment and Service: TAS FY26 All Manager’s Meeting Event

The Internal Revenue Service is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified contractors capable of providing audio-visual equipment and services for the TAS FY26 All Manager's Meeting. The conference requires AV equipment and support, including microphones, wireless microphones, screens, projection equipment, electronic equipment, speakers, amplifiers, mixers, AV carts, and computer/data-show power sources. The contractor must also provide set-up, arrangement, and tear-down services. * The event will be held at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. * The conference will include general sessions and breakout sessions. * The contractor must provide AV services for the general sessions and breakout rooms. * The Government will provide data show projectors for breakout rooms unless otherwise specified. * The contractor must provide internet access for each breakout room and dedicated/hard-wire access if needed. * The contractor must also provide on-site technical support for the general sessions.
