Modernized Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) & Cost Governance Solution

The Drug Enforcement Agency Administration (DEA) is seeking market research information to identify mature, integrated solutions capable of addressing both FinOps cost management and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) management within a single FedRAMP High authorized platform. The DEA plans to use this information to determine an acquisition strategy for this requirement. • The solution must be capable of addressing both FinOps cost management and AVD management. • The solution must be a single FedRAMP High authorized platform. • The DEA may use the information gathered from this RFI to determine whether to issue a small business set aside or a Fair Opportunity Exception (FOE). • Respondents are requested to submit their responses electronically by 4:00 pm (eastern) 27 May 2026.
