Gwinnett County seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive, independent assessment of its extensive video‑surveillance infrastructure. The contractor will inventory existing hardware and software, evaluate current maintenance practices, develop a future‑state plan with cost‑effective recommendations, and produce an implementation roadmap. The work must be completed within six months of award and does not include any hardware procurement or installation.
• Perform a full inventory of ~3,100 IP cameras, NVRs, switches, and related equipment across ~100 sites.
• Deliver detailed site‑maps, identify redundant/under‑utilized assets, and propose optimal replacements or removals.
• Provide a maintenance and support review, suggest AI‑enabled options, and create a phased implementation plan with budget estimates.
